This Privacy Policy is drawn up in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data and establishes how WOW MOBILE DETAILING SRL, acting as a data controller, collects and processes personal data.

3. Purposes of processing
WOW MOBILE DETAILING SRL processes your data for:
- Contracting and providing services: Managing appointments, team dispatch, and detailing execution.
- Warranty and support: Vehicle identification in case of a subsequent complaint.
- Communication: Sending confirmations via SMS/Email and notifications about work status.
- Marketing: Sending personalized offers (only if you opted in).
- Legal obligations: Issuing fiscal invoices and reporting to state authorities in accordance with RM legislation.
4. Legal basis for processing
- Art. 5, para. 5, lit. a (Law 133/2011): Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.
- Art. 5, para. 5, lit. b: Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation of the controller.
- Consent: For marketing activities and use of vehicle images for advertising purposes.

6. International data transfer
The company does not transfer your data outside the Republic of Moldova, except for the use of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) or storage in secure cloud services, which may have servers outside the country while ensuring an adequate level of protection.

- Contractual data is retained for the duration of the contract + 3 years.
- Fiscal documents (invoices) are retained for 6 years in accordance with accounting law.
