2. Description of Services

WOW Mobile Detailing provides professional car wash and detailing services at the client's location, including:

Full exterior wash, 2-phase and 3-phase washing
Interior chemical cleaning
Polish, wax, ceramic protection
Additional services according to the price list

Service availability depends on geographic area, weather conditions, and team capacity.

3. Booking Services

Booking is done through the website wow-detailing.md, by phone, or via messaging.
Booking confirmation is sent via SMS or phone call.
The client must ensure access to the vehicle at the scheduled date and time.
If access to the vehicle is not provided, the service will be considered cancelled.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices shown on the website are indicative and may vary depending on the actual condition of the vehicle.
The final price is confirmed by the specialist before starting work.
Work will not begin without the client's agreement on the final price.
Payment is made after service completion, in cash or by bank transfer.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Orders can be cancelled free of charge at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations less than 2 hours in advance may incur a travel fee.
Rescheduling is free and done through the same communication channels.

6. Service Quality

We commit to providing services at high professional standards.
We exclusively use professional, certified products safe for car surfaces.
Specialists are trained and verified.

7. Warranty

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for work quality.
Complaints are accepted within 24 hours of service completion.
Before and after photos serve as proof of quality.
For justified complaints, we will fix free of charge or offer a proportional discount.

8. Liability and Limitations

WOW Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage on the vehicle.
Specialists will inspect the vehicle before service and note any existing damage.
We are not responsible for valuables left in the vehicle.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All website materials (texts, images, logo, design) are the property of WOW MOBILE DETAILING SRL and are protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of services after publication constitutes acceptance of changes.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes will be resolved amicably, and in case of failure, by the competent courts of Chișinău.
